Many women with endometriosis are told their only options are surgery, hormonal suppression, or simply learning to live with the pain.
We understand how exhausting and isolating that experience can feel.
At Oasis Women’s Clinic, we take a different approach.
We work with women experiencing:
- painful periods
- chronic pelvic pain
- bloating and “endo belly”
- fatigue
- irregular cycles
- hormonal imbalance
- fertility challenges
- symptoms that interfere with work, school, relationships, and daily life
Our goal is to help reduce pain, improve quality of life, and support your body’s natural healing processes through individualized care.
Using acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition support, and personalized lifestyle guidance, we create treatment plans tailored to your symptoms, cycle patterns, and long-term health goals.
Rather than focusing only on symptom suppression, we aim to better understand the underlying patterns contributing to:
- inflammation
- pain
- hormonal dysregulation
- nervous system imbalance
Many women come to us after feeling dismissed, unheard, or frustrated by limited treatment options.
Our approach is designed to support the whole person — helping you feel more balanced, more resilient, and more connected to your body again.
You do not have to navigate endometriosis alone.

Common Questions
How long does it take to see improvement?
Every woman’s experience with endometriosis is unique, and healing timelines can vary depending on symptom severity, inflammation, hormonal history, prior surgeries, stress levels, and overall health.
That said, approximately 85% of our patients report noticeable improvement in pain and other endometriosis-related symptoms within the first week of treatment, and many report near-complete improvement in their symptoms after completing our full treatment program.
Our goal is not simply temporary symptom relief, but helping support long-term improvements in pelvic pain, inflammation, hormonal balance, energy, and overall quality of life through personalized, whole-person care.
Why haven’t I ever heard acupuncture helps endometriosis?
Although Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a 3000+ year old medicine it is relatively new in the States. The scientific model of Western Medicine is about 200 years old. The two modalities are very different approaches to treating the human body and you will find Acupuncture and TCM to be a very enlightening process. Chinese Medicine is an empowering humanistic approach that helps you to understand how to take care of your body, and prevent sickness throughout your life.
Will I have to come in long term?
The vast majority of patients don’t need long-term maintenance. Once their condition is resolved, it stays that way, as long as the patient commits to the lifestyle changes they used during treatment. During your consultation we can tell you the general length of your unique treatment plan. After you have reached your health goals we taper the treatment until you graduate and discontinue our work together. However, many of our patients continue to use our clinic as their homebase for medical care, as we also treat every health concern, we are well rounded in that way.
How often do I need to be treated?
Most of our patients are able to get great results with once-weekly visits.
Can acupuncture REALLY help my endometriosis?
Absolutely. Your hormonal system – and your body as a whole – is capable of healing itself, especially when it has the nutritional support and specialized natural therapies we offer to help it get back on track. Together we figure out what caused your body to have the disharmony in the first place, and work from there. We help change women’s lives every day – it’s the best!
What is a treatment like?
What Is Treatment Like?
Your initial visit is a comprehensive 90-minute session focused on understanding your health history, symptoms, cycle patterns, lifestyle, and treatment goals. During this appointment, we review your concerns in depth, discuss personalized treatment strategies, and explain how acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine may support your healing process.
Your practitioner will also perform traditional diagnostic methods such as tongue and pulse evaluation to help create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific presentation.
Acupuncture treatments are gentle and relaxing. Most patients rest comfortably for approximately 30 minutes once the needles are placed. The needles used are extremely thin, and many patients feel little to no discomfort — often describing treatments as calming, grounding, and deeply restorative.
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so points on the arms and legs can be easily accessed during treatment.
How can I be treated if I live too far away from your clinic?
Do You Offer Telehealth for Endometriosis Treatment?
Yes. We work with many women who live outside the Phoenix area or are unable to come into the clinic regularly.
While telehealth does not include in-person acupuncture needling, many of the most important components of our endometriosis program can still be provided remotely. During virtual consultations, we offer individualized guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, stress regulation, supplementation, acupressure techniques, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles tailored to your symptoms and health history.
We also provide tongue analysis through video or photos, create personalized herbal protocols, and ship medicinal herbal formulas directly to your home.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive, whole-person support — helping you feel guided, empowered, and cared for no matter where you are located.
