How Out-of-Network Insurance Works
All patients are required to pay out of pocket at the time of service. If your insurance is verified and covers our services, our team can assist in determining the number of treatments included, the percentage covered by your insurer, and any deductible requirements that must be met before coverage applies. We will happily provide a receipt for insurance billing to help reduce your deductible. Once your deductible is met and insurance issues payment to our office, you may receive a partial or full reimbursement of your service fee.

For patients without insurance, we offer discount packages to help make care more affordable. These packages never expire, but if a full year passes, a new patient intake is required—plus, you’ll receive 15% off. Discounts apply only after the full package is used. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to past visits.
