Out of Network Insurance Coverage

Oasis Women’s Clinic is an out-of-network provider, which means we are not contracted with insurance companies. We are happy to submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy. Depending on your individual plan, you may receive reimbursement for a portion of your visit through your out-of-network benefits.

Reimbursement amounts are determined solely by your insurance carrier and are not guaranteed. Insurance payments are applied toward our standard visit fee, and any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility as outlined in our financial policy.
